During the "Safe Production Month", all districts, relevant departments and units in the city will focus on "In-depth Study and Implementation of Xi Jinping's Important Expositions on Emergency Management", organize special seminars, concentrated lectures, and coaching reports, carry out online theme propaganda of "Xi's Voice of Safety" and "Learning Essentials", and transform the results of theoretical learning into innovative ideas, practical measures and work effectiveness for safe production work. Focusing on the main content of "unblocking life channels", we will widely carry out emergency evacuation drills simulating fires and earthquakes, knowledge quizzes on risk avoidance and escape, and other activities to enhance the public's risk avoidance capabilities. At the same time, we will combine the "Safe Production Month" activities with solving the hot and difficult problems in the current safety development, and with the three-year action plan for the root cause of safe production that is being carried out in the city. We will carry out in-depth investigation and rectification of safety accident hazards in key industries and fields, implement the 15 hard measures for safe production and the 50 specific implementation measures of our city, promote the dynamic elimination of major accident hazards, make full use of the reporting reward mechanism, encourage the general public to actively report hidden dangers around them, and continuously improve the level of inherent safety. The main responsible persons of various enterprises and institutions should carry out activities such as "Everyone Talks about Safety Production" and "Popularizing Laws through Cases" in combination with typical accident cases in their industry, and organize employees to actively participate in the "National Safety Open Class", watch the "Safety Production Month" theme propaganda film, accident warning education film, typical case analysis film, etc., to further establish the concept of safe development.
From May 30 to June 16, Tianjin organized a light show with the theme of "Everyone Talks about Safety, Everyone Can Respond to Emergency-Smooth Life Channel" at key scenic spots along the Haihe River, buildings around the Olympic Sports Center, and 256 smart street light display screens to further create a social atmosphere for safety publicity and promote the full implementation of the "Safety Production Month" activities.
